Meet Mellody Burford, the creative force behind Lockate Studios, based in the heart of Charleston, South Carolina. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Mellody now enjoys life with her husband and three energetic boys, all while nurturing her lifelong passion for do-it-yourself and design. With years of experience in painting, wallpapering, and re-doing furniture, she loves transforming spaces into inviting homes. At Lockate Studios, Mellody combines mixed textures and playful patterns to create functional and attractive designs that truly feel like home!
